What’s the meaning of “CR” marked on the PCB?

Receive the PCB prototype from supplier. And see a CR mark on the board. What does it mean? Is it related to quality control?

C for capacitance. R for resistance. CR for capacitive reactance circuit.

Alternating current can pass through the capacitor. When the capacitor is connected to the AC circuit, the charge on the capacitor plate has a hindering effect on the directional moving charge, which is called the capacitive reactance.

Can I use LEDs without PCB?

I recently purchased LEDs on ebay that were supposed to come attached to star PCB (as a heat sink). The items I received are just the LEDs (no PCB). They are listed as 3W LEDs, with a forward voltage of 3.0-3.4V, and current at 700mA.Will I damage/destroy the LEDs if I use them without a heat sink? If not, what is the best way to mount these to preserve their life during operation?

Why are RF PCBs hard to design?

I am a project procurement. Recently, Our project is to develop a television. Of all the materials supply, PCB was the slowest one. And even our engineer took part in the discussion with PCB supplier to push them. Is it really hard to make a RF PCB?
