If you are using a iron, then just apply it where needed. Other nearby components won’t that that hot unless you do something really wierd.
Além disso, Kapton tape doesn’t protect against heat. It keeps things from getting soldered by being a physical barrier to molten solder. The reason Kapton is used instead of other tape is that Kapton can stand high temperatures. It’s also useful that solder doesn’t wet Kapton.

In the design of a power electronic PCB, I want to use a metal PCB for heat dissipation of a TO-220 package MOSFET. To do that I want to mount metal PCB on the MOSFET with the use of thermal paste and screw exactly like we do when we use heatsink for the same package. Should I leave the copper of PCB between MOSFET surface and dielectric of PCB or remove the copper surface and leave only the dielectric opening?

I have three through-hole PCBs that are missing front and back solder mask openings for two of the components. The solder mask (usually green) is covering the front and back solder pads. All other pads for all other parts are exposed. Is there a good way to remove the solder mask so that I can solder the components to the board?
