Waarom kunnen doorlopende componenten niet correct op de printplaat worden gesoldeerd??

I am an electrical engineer in a company. Recently I am developed a new product in lab and making a sample for further confirmation. When I solder TH component, feel a little troublesome. Any soldering expert to help?

1.Component’s lead temperature is too cold and cannot form a good solder join.

2.Through-Hole Dimensions on the PCB are insufficient (too small)

3.Physical damage to the solder joint after soldering

How do you mount electronics on a vehicle chassis safely?

I want to implement a control system I designed for a light electric motorbike. I would like to mount it as professionally as possible on the chassis. It consists of a power system pcb and a SAMC21 development board which I’ll merge later once this all works properly. I have tried screwing it directly on the aluminium chassis but have found that shocks and vibrations from the horn disturbed the system or even destroyed it upon large shocks. Is there a specific way car and motorcycle manufacturers mount their electronics to make their system as robust as possible?

Does anyone have any experience using zero-ohm resistors in an RF signal path to select antennas?

I’ve typically used RF switches for this purpose, but that’s also when it was necessary to allow the antenna selection to be changed “in the field”. But for cases where the antenna selection is a manufacture-time option, I’m considering simple zero-ohm resistors.

Hebben de krassen op de printplaat een slecht effect op producten??

We receive a batch of PCB with scratches from my supplier, but they think it is acceptable. I have never seen such error on even an B stock boards parts. Very confused. How do scratches affect PCB working?
