How do I find a PCB schematics for a device?

We are new brand of medical device. We are doing a device development recently. How can we find PCB schematics for reference?

Schematics don’t do you much good on today’s high-tech electronics. Most high-tech electronics nowadays use custom chips or FPGAs so a schematic that shows all the signals going in and out of a magic proprietary chip won’t do you any good.

A lot of lower-tech components that perhaps use discrete parts, relais, discrete resistors, enzovoort. do have schematics on the inside of the case or available online.

Waarom viel het SMT-pad er gemakkelijk af tijdens het solderen van de printplaten??

I am a buyer in a telecom company. Kort geleden, an important order of SMT PCBA is delayed due to insophiscated production of a supplier. I am thinking about replace it and just very puzzled about how did their SMT pad fall off easily when soldering the PCB boards. That slows down the whole process.

Are there any guidance on recommended package size and type for a surface mount linear regulator IC on my board that will be hand-soldered?

I am designing a board that needs a couple linear regulators (5.5v to 3v and 3v to 1.6v) but I am having difficulty selecting a suitable surface mount package type and size that will allow me to hand solder the IC to the PCB without too much difficulty.
