How can I program esp32 after assembly on a PCB?

We have a project on new production which is based on PCB including esp32. How can our hardware engineer program it after PCBA process by supplier?

Jumper the device to start into the serial boot loader, connect the UART to an off-board USB-UART adapter,
Run the well-known python tool for downloading just as you would with the dev board.

Or get the chip to tristate the flash pins, contact them with something else and directly write the flash.

Or program the flash chip before soldering it in place.

Next time around have a connector, edge fingers, or pads for a pogo-pin spring contact jig.

What kinds of test is suitable for low volume PCB order?

I’ve ordered fabrication and assembly of small PCB batches (100st) a couple of times already. Each time the factory asked me if I want to do test on the PCB. But I don’t what to do about it. And I test them by myself. Vervolgens, the result of the testing is unacceptable with 15% soldering problems. So bad. I think I will ask the supplier to test them before delivery.

Waarom de printplaat koud is, maar LED-lampen zijn nog steeds hot?

I have a THERMAL problem when designing a power LED ALUMINUM PCB. I have 10 5W UV power LEDs.Coldwater flows through water heat sink continuously. The problem is the PCB is cold, maar LED-lampen zijn nog steeds hot? Can anyone give me some advice.

Kort geleden, I have learnt about kernel and find a question that who controls the process control block(PCB)?The kernel or the process itself? Does it differ in different platform (windows/Linux)? Dusver, I know PCB is controlled in hardware, but I can’t get to the right answer.
