Is there any legal obligations regarding consumer safety when selling the product?

I'm planning on releasing a USB powered device. Although I'm comfortable with the safety of the device (has fuses, ferrite beads, etc.) I'm not sure what are my legal obligations regarding consumer safety when selling the product (Europe and US at least).

Concerning the EU market, this is the main site that lists the regulation directives. Given the product type and the typical usage of your product, you have to dig into all these regulations and check the applicable standards listed on that site.
Find a CE declaration of conformity for an existing product that is similar to your product. The declaration will contain the applicable standards. Every product on the EU marked must have a CE DoC publicly available.

How to handle feedline of bluetooth PCB connected to a 2.4GHz chip antenna?

I’m making a 4 layer PCB prototype that uses a bluetooth mcu connected to a 2.4GHz chip antenna. I’m thinking about what to do with the feedline, whether it should be buried on one of the middle layers, or left on the top layer. To get a 50 ohm line, should I choose top layer with 13-mil width or buried miccrostrip with 7-mild width?

Is it ok to call all the chips with alphanumeric labels BGA (ball grid array)?

Some ICs have their pins labelled only with numerical values and some use alphanumeric labels. I want to know what is the correct naming term for these cases.
Is it ok to call all the chips with alphanumeric labels BGA (ball grid array)? And for chips with only numeric pin labels the chip should be called DIL (dual in line)?

How can I avoid loose connection between component and PCB?

It is a nice looking breadboard, but the terminals are too loose to make a good connection on any components. so I couldn’t actually use them for anything.
