Is PCB poisonous?

We are a green energy brand which sells solar water heater. All of our products are almost use PCB. And we want to know whether it is poisonous to human and environment?

Yes.

Electronic parts on PCB generally contain lead and other sulfides. In the past decades, many manufacturers have said that they will not use electronic components containing lead, but it is not credible and possible. Lead is an important material in electronic components. It is practical to reduce lead but impossible to eliminate it.

How can I fix the PCB to the mechanical structure?

I designed a PCB with an imaging sensor that is mechanically coupled to a lens assembly using four 2-56 screws. I’m noticing that even though the screws are holding the board tightly against the mechanical structure if I flick or lightly knock the the assembly the image “moves”.  I’m hoping to get a few suggestions for ways to fix the PCB to the mechanical structure. Any suggestions for adhesives or the like? Something else?
