Is it possible to have rounded edges on a PCB ?

I am DIY a smart round ball. And I want a PCB with round edge to fit the shape of the device. So is it possible thing in the field of PCB manufacturing?

Any PCB can be manufactured with rounded edges, rounded corners, etc. With modern fabrication methods, it is conceivable that the entire PCB could be made into a round ball.

The mission of PCB is to support the components mounted on it, and to supply the electrical connections between them. As long as it carries out these two functions the actual, shape doesn’t matter.

How can I solder an SMD component with a pad on the bottom?

I am getting a PCB manufactured for a project that I am working on. One of the parts, the A4950 motor driver, has a “pad” on the bottom, which is meant to be soldered to GND of the PCB for thermal dissipation. I was thinking about the prototyping, and I am unsure how I would go about (using a soldering iron), soldering the pad on the bottom.

Why should we bake bare PCB?

The assembly note states: Bake bare PCBs in a clean and well ventilated oven prior to assembly at 125*C for 24 hours. Why is this necessary?

How do I use two antennas with a single Bluetooth module? (BLE repeater)

I am working on a project that uses small Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacons to track important items. Is there a way to connect two antennas to a single BLE module that could either listen/broadcast on both antennas or multiplex between the two? Or any other idea?
