How do you handle defective PCB with flux residue?

We feel a little disappointed about the batch of goods from oversea suppliers. Some of PCB has flux residue. How should I handle them?
  • Clean them by yourself if it is a small batch. Inform your supplier of this disappointing situation. Argue for any remedial measures from them. Consider using a new supplier with a great quality level next time.
  • If there is a large amount. Ask for a refund or replace the defective goods.
