Poke the tape with a rod from the back (which loosens it but doesn’t remove it completely), and then use tape to remove it. The method is pretty quick and can remove several thousand per hour when using a jig.

What would be the average speed of assembling surface mount components on to a PCB for an experienced person? Assuming they have desk that is correctly set up (pick and place station) and the PCB has solder paste already applied.
Solder paste should be stored in a refrigerator and it has an expiration date. But what exactly will go wrong when it is stored at a higher temperature or past its shelf life?
After making efforts in a period, I finally finish my PCB design. Next step is releasing them to factory for production. To be honest, I don’t want any mistake on my file which may interrupt further prodution process. So what points should I pay attention when I double-check my design?
