How can I fix my “D” key that sometimes isn’t responding when I click on it?

You will have to replace the key which may require resoldering the entire key to the keyboard PCB. Some of the old Cherry key switches had replaceable internals. Haven’t seen Cherry keys in a long time.

If it is new then there should be a warranty probably 90 days. Contact the manufacturers customer service and ask for an RMA. Some companies will send the replacement out first and have you box up the old one and return it in the box the replacement came in.
