How can I avoid loose connection between component and PCB?

It is a nice looking breadboard, but the terminals are too loose to make a good connection on any components. so I couldn't actually use them for anything.

If your order has not been placed, I remind you to tell your supplier the pin diameters of the component that will be on this board.

However, your order is finished. But there is still a solution.

Use the components with an advisable pin diameter.
Then, keep other components with too thick pin diameters in stock, for the next order.
Don’t forget to tell the pin size to your supplier next time.

Is solder mask a valid electrical insulator?

There is a copper pour over the entire top of the my PCB, which is part of GND net. It turns out that the surface mounted 1W LEDs I’m going to use have the heat slug connected internally to the LED’s +ve terminal. Can I rely on the solder mask to insulate the +ve voltage (~3V ish) from GND? Long term?

How do you draw pin grid array in cadsoft Eagle PCB?

I’d like to use a processor that uses a pin grid array. Basically, I’d like to make the prototyping PCB board for it. I’m new to eagle. How can I connect the inner PGA pins to the header pins on the edge (without shorting the lines)?
