How should I handle wet PCBs?

A batch of PCB got wet in warehouse due to roof linking. Too terrible to shoulder the lost. How can I do to rescue these wet PCBs? Or to minimize the damage?
  • The best solution is to dry it by wind and then sunshine.
  •  Clean PCBs with high-purity alcohol if available. High-purity alcohol can dilute water and promote ventilation.
  •  Test them before using in case of any residual water.

Anyway, the stability of the PCB is impossible to recover as before, but they can work. After all, they have been damped. If they pass a wet test before selling, things will be better.

I’m designing a PCB right now and found out I can save a lot of space using the back of THT elements. Is it legit to design like that? Are there any problems that might occur?
