What do we need to check before releasing a PCB design?

After making efforts in a period, I finally finish my PCB design. Next step is releasing them to factory for production. To be honest, I don't want any mistake on my file which may interrupt further prodution process. So what points should I pay attention when I double-check my design?
  • Check that what you want can be manufactured. Apply design rules and check indicated violations.
  • Check the layers stack.
  • Check the board in 3D view to clean any obvious errors.
  • Print 3D model and check with your mechanical designers.
  • Check the via diameters. Unify some of the hole diameters. Add more stitching to the polygons. Check that you have tenting where you want the solder mask cover. Modify paste rules to remove paste from test pads. Replace non-plated holes with board cutouts. Generate keep out layer.
  • Check layout in single layers and in pairs.
  • Generate and check Gerber layers of the single circuit.
  • Check Gerber layers of the panelized board.
  • Send the files to yourprocurement. Make sure that your attached comments and contact details are provided with the order and not removed by your purchasing guy. Get ready for the queries. Answer them back.

How can I separate PCB antenna and SMA connector?

I am designing a prototype PCB for a Lora node. It will have an SMA connector (J2) and a PCB antenna. Switching RF connectors are not available in my area, so as an amateur enthusiast what is a good way to separate the antennas?

Why are there teardrops on PCB pads?

I received the PCB design file from supplier. There are some teardrops, which I have seldom seen. Why are there teardrops on the PCB design?

How can I mount a pulse oximeter on the surface of PCB without putting too much stress?

The PCB has a pulse oximeter mounted on the surface, and it’s tolerance is 0.6mm. The problem is the pulse oximeter needs to touch the bottom case at all times. How to best mount the PCB in the case without putting too much stress on the pulse oximeter? Will screws with flexible washers be all right? Sadly separating pulse oximeter from main PCB is not an option.
